Meet The Owner

Terry L. Bunch is the Managing Principal for Bunch & Associates, LLC, which provides strategic consulting and management services in global logistics, supply chain, and franchise acquisitions, in North America and the U.K.

With his acquisition of The Flying Locksmith market in Northeast Florida, Terry is also excited to add his 35+ years of experience to the 70+ year old, Boston-based company. His team is responsible for delivering high quality services to the five counties comprising the Jacksonville metropolitan area.

Prior to this, Terry held numerous positions in Finance and Logistics for a Fortune-500 company as well as a global Forest products manufacturer in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida. Terry is a strong believer and supporter of continuing education, as evidenced by not only his MBA, and Bachelor of Science in Accounting, but the Indiana University grad also has earned his certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA. He brings this work and continuous learning ethic to all his endeavors.

Terry “brings to the table” his experiences with multi-leadership positions on a variety of national, state and local community Boards throughout his career; his extensive knowledge and education in Logistics and Distribution; his history of industry-oriented speaking engagements, and, has been featured in articles in Trade journals worldwide (i.e. The Journals of Commerce, American Shipper magazine, Jacksonville Business Journal, Containerization International, etc.).

A lifelong student of Peter Drucker, he believes strongly in this quotation:

He is focused on expanding TFL’s footprint throughout the greater Jacksonville area and its surrounding counties. He is excited to contribute to a secure future for the community.

This means we can keep items on our shelf, take them when they are needed, and have it's replacement - next day! With all the years combined between techs and owners, we have 100 years of experience in the field. If one tech hasn’t seen a particular lock, it’s highly likely someone else has. We keep an active photo stream between all our guys, where they can post photos with questions and 9 times out of 10, someone knows what it is, how to fix or how to replace it. There is a constant line of communication between all of us.

Responsive Time

We run several locksmith vans every day. So chances are good, that a locksmith is in your area, when you need them. We also make our commercial customers a priority, so if they have an emergency, we will be there that day. We have become known as a very reliable commercial locksmith because of this.
