I went to their web site, and stated a chat with a mysterious on-line lady named Erika. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to email a photo of the lock that needed fixing. About a half hour later, I got an email from the president saying they could be out the same afternoon! I said yes. The repair man was prompt, friendly, and got me fixed up! Technician removed and replaced an old, faulty door dead bolt lock, then installed new lock, tightened up door jam alignment, and now the lock works great. Very reasonable pricing that included a new door lock with hardware and labor costs, we sent our work request by using the online app, business owner contacted me immediately, security technician arrived next day, very punctual, was on time and schedule. Our technician Sean was just the best! He called in advance to let us know he was going to be early and arrived when he said he would. After we told him our needs he clearly explained our options and directed us to the less expensive one, he went through a box of unmarked keys and found their locks then labeled them, but what really set the tone was how quickly and accurately he worked.
