Awesome experience. I am a small business in a commercial shopping mall. We had a problem with our door lock wearing down over time and it needed to be replaced. We called one company who came out and was not able to finish the job. We ended up being in an emergency and not being able to lock the door of our business at 7pm. So I called the Flying Locksmiths, who we should have called from the beginning.They arrived within 30 minutes and had the door repaired within an hour. They found some other things wrong with the door hinges and gave us a quote for a full door repair.One week later Flying Flying Locksmiths returned and fixed the entire door. Reset the frame and replaced the door hinges so it feels smooth when opening and closing. I am so happy with the work.

Mark from the Flying Locksmith came out to replace our old keypad security lock on our door. He unfortunately had to do it twice but was very calm, respective full, and very professional getting it done. He even made sure that we would be ok to be able to program the door. Updating our review from yesterday. After hearing about our situation Brian, the GM of the TFL Boston, was able to schedule a technician for today, Tuesday. Mark, Tech with TFL, arrived this morning and did a great job replacing the striker and making sure the new striker fit in properly. Everything is back in working order! Thank you Brian and Mark!A bit concerned. We were referred to Flying Locksmith for our access control system for a 38 unit residential building. Flying Locksmith presented a proposal and though a bit expensive, Flying Locksmith represented that they had the technical expertise and ability to install and service the system being installed. Needless to say a short 6 weeks later the system stopped working preventing the main door to the property from locking. We called Flying Locksmith and even agreed to pay emergency service rates. Flying Locksmith then called back and said that because it is a FOB system they cannot just send a locksmith so we would have to wait 4 days. Argh! Flying Locksmith might be great at just simple keys and simple door locks but not sure about their ability to handle more modern door locking systems.
