I am the director of a local preschool and Flying Locksmiths installed Open Path scanners and rekeyed our entire building within a week- they provided NEXT WEEK service and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. Daniel and Kenneth talked me through everything I needed to know and patiently worked around my schedule so they could talk to me about the process and what I needed to do to make our new systems work for us. They even reported a gas leak they ran into while rekeying the doors and the owner helped me get it resolved while he was here to talk about the doors.They have exceeded all my expectations and have outdone every other company I talked to about making our preschool safer! They are my go-to for security needs now.

The Flying Locksmiths are an amazing locally-owned business, highly recommended for any type of lock and door work. I had a tough problem with a broken safe, and they were able to help me resolve the issue very quickly. I though the breakdown would end up in the purchase of a new and very expensive safe, not to mention one with a long and complicated delivery cycle. Tim and Dawn and Company were able to repurpose the safe with a new lock, saved me a ton of money and hassle. The work got delayed with a freak snowstorm but they kept me in the loop with daily communication and updates. Great customer service and great communication are hard to find these days! Would definitely use again!

INCREDIBLE! I would trust no other company as my locksmith - they treat you like family and get the job done quickly and professionally. Exceptional customer service, very responsive and instantly made me feel like I was in good hands. Set up the service time quickly and according to my schedule, and was very communicative on what to expect - let me know the costs and options in advance and I also got a text message when the technician was on his way to help with my schedule. The technician was extremely professional and friendly. I thought I would have to have a brand new deadbolt, but he was able to replace just the key part so it looks like I never had my locks changed - and didn't have to worry about the hardware not matching! The technician even went the extra mile to clean up his work area inside of dust that was made from installing a deadbolt. Also offered to make additional sets of keys for my new locks ON SITE! A locksmith you can trust - that will get to your door in flying speed if you need them to! Thank y'all so much!
