We have used Flying Locksmith for the past two years at our office. They have come out and repaired our magnetic lock, installed keypads and replaced doorbells. The service has been excellent. What we appreciate the most is their promptness and responsiveness. They have been able to address our needs every single time we call them. They are very thorough and include before and after pictures. On last week Justin came by to take care of our doorbell issue and replaced a lock. He was prompt and did a great job of providing us with top-notch service. Overall, we have really been pleased with this company and highly recommend! I am amazed to have such a company operating in Memphis. They figured out our gate problem after two other could not, got the parts and repaired the two gates. He repaired an old handle dead bolt lock that had recently been repaired by a local respectable locksmith but they forgot to put some screws in. Flying locksmith looked at the lock repaired the handle and it is in excellent shape. I can only give remarkable recommendations for this company.

Set up the service time quickly and according to my schedule, and was very communicative on what to expect - let me know the costs and options in advance and I also got a text message when the technician was on his way to help with my schedule. The technician was extremely professional and friendly. I thought I would have to have a brand new deadbolt, but he was able to replace just the key part so it looks like I never had my locks changed - and didn't have to worry about the hardware not matching! The technician even went the extra mile to clean up his work area inside of dust that was made from installing a deadbolt. Also offered to make additional sets of keys for my new locks ON SITE!
