Brook had single-handedly changed my opinion about the industry. Not only was he personable, punctual and professional-- but his work ethic was indefatigable.The keys he cut are crisper than any new set I had ever purchased.Magnificent.We didn't know what to expect from who our home warranty company was sending over to change out our locks, but my wife and I feel as though we ate a 5-Star meal for a 2-Star price!My first son will be named William, but my second son may very well be named Brook.5-Stars10/10Will be highly recommend

I had a broken door frame that was splintering. The technician was nice, helpful, and honest which I appreciated. The problem was worse than initially thought, but he made my door functional and told me what next steps I should take to correct the cosmetic damage. It was pricey by my standards ($190 for one hour of work - $90 for the service call and $100 for labor), but I'm relieved that most of my problem was resolved, and the technician was good.

Samson and his crew did a great job, I had a window in my dinning area that I wanted to add french doors to and the existing back door taken out completely, they re-bricked the old door area and you can not even tell that it was a door at one time. The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. I am very happy that I went thru this company now that the work is all done. The cost for all the work they did was well worth it. I can now enjoy going out on the patio (when the weather cools down a bit first). I wish I had the photos to show but at this time i can not upload them 🙁

My young teen son must have had a growth spurt. His new Herculean strength was demonstrated on our mailbox as he tried to open it this week. Bent the key!! So, to repair it, he grabbed a hammer and went to town on the key. Now the key was bent AND uncopyable!! (Make believe word yet it fits!) Desperate to get my mail before our two week vacation started the next day, I called Samson at the Flying Locksmiths. Color me shocked when he said they could get a technician out that day!! We needed to get the bathroom door widened from 32 inches to 36 inches among other things so got an itemized estimate from a company that did bathrooms. When the door estimate was over nine hundred dollars I had a Flying Locksmith tech give an estimate which was four hundred plus tax so I set up a schedule for the work. He arrived on time. Did an excellent job, including cleaning the entire area up. Best of all, he finished early so I could go back to work, and I got charged less than the estimate since he finished so quick.
