Holy cow! Talk about life savers.My morning routine was thrown off completely as I stepped outside of my house only to realize I locked my keys inside. I sent a quick email and continued on my way to the gym and by the time I got home from the Gym they were at my house and had me inside within MINUTES. While they were there I had them re-key my house since I had recently moved in. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

Wow! I never expected to be impressed by a locksmith business, I assumed wrongly that they'd come in, do their thing, and leave. However they were friendly and professional, their work was clean and efficient, and they were thoughtful about minimizing impact on the people here in the building. It may seem like a small thing, but getting door security installed requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Doors (especially doors with steel frames) are expensive and are the first impression visitors get as they walk in. In our office they had to cut the frame to fit the lock mechanism, and they did it so perfectly that it looks like it came from the factory. And they repeated this on six doors. That's one detail - they went over and above expectations in many other ways as well.I will be certain to call them any time I have a need for a locksmith and I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of The Flying Locksmiths. When Mike visited to learn what my security needs were, he listened very carefully and offered suggestions in a respectful manner. He communicated well as to when I would receive my proposal and came in person to deliver it to me, ready to answer any questions. I scheduled the install, and the service date was well within the time frame that I needed. On installation day, Mike arrived with two others. I believe Mike went to a local convenience store to buy a couple of cold fountain drinks for the two techs because it was a very warm day. I was very impressed with that kindness! The two techs (Tom & Sanju) worked very hard from 8 AM to 5 PM to finish the job to my satisfaction. I feel they went above and beyond to make this system work for me and with my existing equipment. I would use this company again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that "good 'ol fashioned service" with a smile and personalized care.

As soon as they were contacted by our emergency maintenance we had someone at our door to help us in in less than 20 min around 1:00 am on a weekend night. Very grateful he was able to help us in AND do a great job repairing the handle. I wanted all of my doors to have the same key. I called The Flying Locksmiths and scheduled a service call.The tech came out and replaced the locks but shortly after his visit, we had problems.The doors would not open. I would turn the knob and the spring loaded device would not fully disengage. It would take a lot of shaking and force to open my door.I called The Flying Locksmiths and told them the problem. They sent the same tech and he "fixed" the issue. He also charged me for it.Now I don't trust my door locks to no fail. There is A LOT of play in the door knobs.*** The boss reached out to me and made it right. Thanks for following through.I was going to just hire another locksmith and move on with my life.Then today I received an email saying that my payment didn't go through. The payment for the second visit to fix the issues from the first visit.So both visits didn't fix the issue. I am supposed to pay for a second visit (re-work) and even when I do. The billing is broke as well.
