Great company. Great people. I called to get one of our door's lock changed, and we didn't have the original keys from the previous owners. They sent me a link to the door knob that I needed to buy and they told me that Amazon had a cheaper than what they could buy it for. So honest! They then came back out once the door knob was ordered and they did not charge me again for the service call. Will definitely use again when the need arises!

I needed to re-key a couple of buildings that I manage. One building is over 100 years old with a variety of different knobs and locks. Their locksmith was friendly and professional. He had no problem making all the necessary adjustments to both the new/old locks and the weather worn doors and frames.Now all tenants are down to one key for every necessary entry. I was so impressed by the professionalism shown by Paul and his dedication to fix my lock. My condo is a historical building and the lock parts are hard to find. Paul visited my place twice and he had traveled to several old lock stores as far as Skokie, simply trying to match a set screw. I got locked out of my bedroom in my apartment last Saturday, I contacted my landlord/building manager and they informed me that the earliest they would be able to help out was two days after. I called Flying Locksmith and within a couple hours were at my front door. They were able to get me into the room within a couple minutes and gave a quick consult on the other interior doors, helped identify risks, and think about alternative door knobs to prevent future occurrences.I'd highly recommend this group for their professional services. These guys really know what they're doing. We recently just finished renovating a church ministry and meeting building, and wanted to install keypads for code entry and consolidate the keys to all of the doors down to 2 so that we didn't have to give several different keys to all of the ministry staff. Seth installed 2 keypads and re-keyed over 10 doors in a couple of hours. Originally the front door slot for the original deadbolt was not in alignment, but the new keypad was installed and perfectly aligned, so locking and unlocking the door became much easier. Everyone is loving the new keypad locks. In addition, about 8 different keys were consolidated to 2, I was really impressed how much the keys were reduced and simplified. Seth was great and pleasant to work with, and his work was very professional and efficient, done faster than I expected. I highly recommend the Flying Locksmiths and we would do business with them again.
