I went to their web site, and stated a chat with a mysterious on-line lady named Erika. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to email a photo of the lock that needed fixing. About a half hour later, I got an email from the president saying they could be out the same afternoon! I said yes. The repair man was prompt, friendly, and got me fixed up!
