I was prepared to have them try to sell me a new lock assembly. When Daniel handed me the new keys and told me he was able to repair the old lock, I was happily surprised. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I went to their web site, and stated a chat with a mysterious on-line lady named Erika. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to email a photo of the lock that needed fixing. About a half hour later, I got an email from the president saying they could be out the same afternoon! I said yes. The repair man was prompt, friendly, and got me fixed up!
