This is the second time Sean has come to rekey the locks of my mom's rental house. I specifically asked for him because of the wonderful job he did last time. Our technician Sean was just the best! He called in advance to let us know he was going to be early and arrived when he said he would. Technician removed and replaced an old, faulty door dead bolt lock, then installed new lock, tightened up door jam alignment, and now the lock works great.
