They were able to get me an appointment two days after I called and Scott called beforehand to let me know he was en route. He got everything installed quickly and made sure I was aware of any issues with the door frames etc before making any changes. Great service, pricing and attention to detail! I called yesterday to get new keys for both my front door and back door and they were at my house this morning. Originally we had two sets of keys (one for each), but they were able to provide one master set of keys for both locks! It took 30 minutes tops and we are so pleased with the service. I just gave Dave and Richard a phone call at their Richmond area number and Richard gave some tips and tricks as to how to fix my Schlage deadbolt lock on my walk out garage door. My son tried to practice his ‘lock picking’ skills’ and messed it up...it wouldn’t turn after his little practice. Richard told me what I needed to do to get the dead bolt out of the door. A failed doorknob at a duplex prompted me to get all new knobs and locks for 5 doors that had to be keyed so that some areas were accessible to both apartments.
