They got us scheduled for the next day, and Josh was quick to figure out that we just needed to be rekeyed and got it done in well under an hour! He was thoughtful enough to ask if we had another door in the house we wanted to match, so now we have only one key that works for both doors instead of three total, and no need for new keys. We leaned the owner was a former military member and they support our armed forces members, which we really appreciate! We highly recommend this company!

Had them install a new Openpath access system on 3 doors. It took awhile to do the background research, on-site meetings, etc., but once the wiring and lock installation work started, that went very quickly and within 4-5 days we had the new system up and running. It's working great so far, but we have only had it in place for a few weeks.

What set them apart from the other contractors is that they cleaned up everywhere they worked. They had a little vacuum to get drywall debris from the floor. They were the only contractor that did that. Nice touch guys!We ran into an emergency a few days later. It was my mistake, yet Chris came out right away and helped me resolve the issue. He was very patient and understanding. I'll be calling them for all my future door/lock needs.
