I called on Dec 28 with a request for help with a for a door lock and handle that was no longer functioning. They originally scheduled me of the next day, but a cancellation occurred and they fit me in on the same day. Professional service, helpful, and had what I needed. They gave me advice on a direction in which I will have a complete resolution to my issue with my old (20 year) lock and door handle. They are obviously more expensive than a "do it yourself", but I believe you are paying for their expertise, and they are very good at what they do. Worth every penny. I will use them again if needed.

The only thing that would have made it great service was if the locksmith would have given to me the different ways to let my doors instead one the job was completed.
