He even showed me the tricks needed to do it myself at a later time if needed. He made sure the strike plates were properly aligned, and gave me some tips about a garage door, and did a minor tune up to our front door so it would close more easily.Top notch service. These guys are the best! They responded very quickly when called. A failed doorknob at a duplex prompted me to get all new knobs and locks for 5 doors that had to be keyed so that some areas were accessible to both apartments. They recommended mid range locks that were way above big box store quality and installed them all promptly. When I needed additional keys they provided them in less than 24 hours. They’re good!

Great service, pricing and attention to detail! I called yesterday to get new keys for both my front door and back door and they were at my house this morning. Originally we had two sets of keys (one for each), but they were able to provide one master set of keys for both locks! It took 30 minutes tops and we are so pleased with the service. I booked The Flying Locksmiths to re-key the locks on three of my doors at a new house we just bought in Northside. I thought I needed the locks replaced, but the owner Dave was kind enough to tell me I only needed them re-keyed which would be much cheaper! Their technician Scott was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast at getting all the doors re-keyed - probably took 20 minutes max. I just gave Dave and Richard a phone call at their Richmond area number and Richard gave some tips and tricks as to how to fix my Schlage deadbolt lock on my walk out garage door. My son tried to practice his ‘lock picking’ skills’ and messed it up...it wouldn’t turn after his little practice. Richard told me what I needed to do to get the dead bolt out of the door.
