We had a small emergency with the smart lock on our home's entry door. Alan Castillo was very professional and explained what was going on, and why the lock was not working. He also saved me a lot of money with the new lock I purchased. I'm very impressed with this company that I basically just called based on Google Maps reviews. Now I understand why they are so high. What a concept - my four sliding doors all now slide with one finger! The techs patience with the 30+ year old hardware was great. I should owe them for all the WD-40 they utilized. I also learned from them that anytime you use that lubricant that ammonia based cleaners work best not vinegar. I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths, Tampa South!
