Alan installed some patio door locks for us. He had installed them in a prior home as well. They were very specific locks that require absolute precision because they're next to glass. I wouldn't trust anyone else to install them for us. Alan's experience and expertise is very hard to find. He is so precise and makes sure everything is absolutely perfect. The Flying Lock Smiths are great! I happen to realize late in the evening that I would be needing my locks rekeyed the following day. I called approximately 7 PM and an agent at their call center was very helpful in getting me scheduled and confirmed for the following afternoon. What a concept - my four sliding doors all now slide with one finger! The techs patience with the 30+ year old hardware was great. I should owe them for all the WD-40 they utilized. I also learned from them that anytime you use that lubricant that ammonia based cleaners work best not vinegar. I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths, Tampa South!
