The locksmith that came out was very professional. One of the exterior locks was corroded and unable to be serviced. The locksmith told me I could go to a big box store and buy new hardware and use the key he made to match the rest of the locks. He showed me how to remove the old corroded hardware. Then James, Justin and Eric came on a Monday morning, did their work amidst us all (and somehow not in our way!), worked Tuesday and Wednesday, completing the installation on schedule and leaving our premises clean and looking as if they had never been here.
