A failed doorknob at a duplex prompted me to get all new knobs and locks for 5 doors that had to be keyed so that some areas were accessible to both apartments. He even showed me the tricks needed to do it myself at a later time if needed. I thought I needed the locks replaced, but the owner Dave was kind enough to tell me I only needed them re-keyed which would be much cheaper! I just gave Dave and Richard a phone call at their Richmond area number and Richard gave some tips and tricks as to how to fix my Schlage deadbolt lock on my walk out garage door.
