Accelerated Contractors has worked with the Flying locksmith for years on our commercial construction projects and found them to be knowledgeable, honest and that they "don't drop the ball". Tony is amazing!! We had an issue with out front & side door hydraulic system at our office and he came out and fix everything very quickly! The Flying Locksmiths installed a ButterflyMX video enabled entry system at the front door of our condo building in downtown Jacksonville, FL. I found working with Terry & Vicki at Flying Locksmiths to be quite enjoyable and professional. Sergio the electrician came out beforehand to assess and discuss with me the best way to perform the installation and provided a quote based on our discussions. On the day of installation, things went relatively smoothly with some unexpected hiccups, but the electricians from Flying Locksmiths (Sergio & James) stuck with it till the job was done and the entry system was functional and online. They came back out the next 2 days to tie up some loose ends -- their thoroughness and diligence was very much appreciated. I would gladly recommend their services to my fellow condo presidents. Great little place that got my locks fixed. I picked up a rolled top desk but it has 2 drawers that lock. I didn't get any keys for them. I brought the locks in and they got the job done. No job to small or probably to big for this store. I will defiantly use them again.

They did a great job of making sure the Access Control System we were purchasing was the right fit for our company.We have had our system in place for right at a year now and when we experienced some challenges recently with our door not locking properly, they worked with us until resolution. BTW, we did not realize the lock wasn't working until after 5:30pm. They even drove to our facility to help us get it working again, so we wouldn't have to leave our facility unlocked. Turned out our door contracted with the cold and was not able to line up the latching system, so it wasn't their system that didn't work. It was our door, but they helped us fix it anyway.High fives to Terry, Sergio and the rest of the Flying Locksmith team!

We needed a new door closer installed and adjustments made to the locking bar mechanism on a glass door. The Flying Locksmith sent James. When he arrived, he immediately went right to work.
