The Flying Locksmiths installed a ButterflyMX video enabled entry system at the front door of our condo building in downtown Jacksonville, FL. I found working with Terry & Vicki at Flying Locksmiths to be quite enjoyable and professional. Sergio the electrician came out beforehand to assess and discuss with me the best way to perform the installation and provided a quote based on our discussions. On the day of installation, things went relatively smoothly with some unexpected hiccups, but the electricians from Flying Locksmiths (Sergio & James) stuck with it till the job was done and the entry system was functional and online. They came back out the next 2 days to tie up some loose ends -- their thoroughness and diligence was very much appreciated. I would gladly recommend their services to my fellow condo presidents. We needed a new door closer installed and adjustments made to the locking bar mechanism on a glass door. The Flying Locksmith sent James. When he arrived, he immediately went right to work. James was professional and courteous at all times. He removed the old closer and cleaned the area when he was done. He quickly made a minor adjustment to the bar that allowed it to remain unlocked when needed. This is our second time using the Flying Locksmiths. Highly recommended!

This is the best commercial locksmith currently servicing North Florida by an enormous margin. If you go anywhere else you are lining yourself up to be disappointed when you are told the only fix is a full replacement of your expensive commercial lock system when Flylock could have REPAIRED your lock, safe, etc and saved you huge amounts of time and money. Great little place that got my locks fixed. I picked up a rolled top desk but it has 2 drawers that lock. I didn't get any keys for them. I brought the locks in and they got the job done. No job to small or probably to big for this store. I will defiantly use them again.
