We had an overall great experience from start to finish with TFL of Chicago SW. We just bought a house and needed work done quickly. The owner talked to me on the phone and explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. They were at our house the next day and the technician was friendly and took care of everything. As a business owner time is valuable to me. While I was having issues with my Trilogy lock I reached out to TFL and they were prompt from start to finish! The process was extremely simple and they solved the problem I was having. It was even brought to my attention that the arm on my hydraulic door closer was hanging/broke. I've locked myself out of my recording studio. Multiple times. lol I decided it was time for a change. After seeing the TFL vans, I checked out their website. Learned some info I wasn't familiar with... I did already have an intercom system in place at this location, but it was ancient as a dinosaur. The Adam’s rite paddle and locking mechanism needed to be replaced due to the door constantly slamming. Kyle also mentioned how we needed a door closer installed to prevent that from happening again. Working with David and his team was a pleasure. We bought a new front door from them as well as a Lockly smart lock. Installation of the door was seamless - however there were some issues with connecting our smart lock to our router (that is more of a Lockly issue). We also re keyed our door to the garage to match the front door key. Additionally, they corrected our front screen door to properly close. Friendly staff and very supportive. The customer service here is phenomenal. I stopped in because someone had put a Masterlock on my purse as a practical joke, and I wasn't able to remove it myself. I was embarrassed to even ask, but the two office managers took care of me and made me feel so welcome. The owner brought in bolt cutters and removed the lock with no trouble in about 10 seconds. I am SO grateful for their help, and I will definitely call them again the next time I need a locksmith. THANK YOU!!!
