Integrity. My locksmith had 3 sets of locks and a smart lock to re-key. He only had to re-key the smart lock and 1 lock set and charged me only for those he re-keyed. He could have lied and told me that he re-keyed all and charge me more, but he didn't. The people at Murfreesboro branch are honest, friendly, and overall great professionals. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

We were not happy to discover that one of our kids had locked and closed one of the interior doors of our home, especially since we didn’t have a key for it. I called a few places, but just got voicemail recordings since it was after 5pm. When I called the Flying Locksmiths, I was able to speak with someone right away, get a quote, and schedule someone to come out the next day. The locksmith (Bobby) called ahead of time on the day of to give me an ETA, and even worked with me on the timing to get around my schedule dilemma. He arrived at or before the promised time and got right to work. He was very professional, yet friendly and personable. He was able to pick the lock surprisingly quickly, and then he re-keyed the lock as we had discussed. I didn’t time it, but I think he was finished in 20 minutes or less. He clearly explained what the cost would be, and I was able to pay with a credit card. I highly recommend the company, as well as Bobby himself. I would definitely call them first next time.

Very professional and respectful. It so happened that our door was a Pella door with Pella hardware and therefore the technician recommended we called Pella because they often have warranties on their product and might better serve our needs. The Flying Locksmith didn’t charge me a penny - not even a service call fee. I would highly recommend them to anyone. .
