Diego was very thorough and kept me informed on the status of what his plans were. The issue was the lock would not engage when the door is closed but works well when the door is open. The door was not aligning correctly and would not allow us to engage the lock. The locking mechanism was a bit challenging because of the type of door (French / Anderson door).This funky mechanism is one big bolt(?) that runs vertically from top to bottom w/in the door itself; this alone makes it difficult to perform maintenance on! Diego was able to adjust the doors to align correctly and did something w/ the lock so that it would engage!Heads up to all w/ regards to pricing. There is a flat fee to just come out to evaluate the issue, plus a 1-hour rate on top of that, even if no work is done.Would I use again? HECK YES!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with the Flying Locksmiths. I had just moved into a new house and wanted to get all the locks changed. I was able to call the Flying Locksmiths on a Monday and someone was over by Wednesday afternoon to get the locks re-keyed.The day of my appointment I received a text notification that their technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived promptly at the estimated start time and called me to say that he was here. Together we went over the work to be completed (where the locks were, if I wanted them all keyed the same, etc.) and then he got started. Mid-way through the appointment Joe directed my attention to a potential issue with my back door's lock. It's okay at this time, but Joe pointed out that there may be failure down the road with how the previous owner installed the lock and suggested I keep an eye on it. No upselling, just sharing some advice.Once Joe was finished changing all the locks we verified all the keys worked and the final cost. I appreciated that the end bill perfectly matched what I was quoted over the phone - no surprises!The entire process took just under an hour to complete and I can now rest easy knowing there are no other keys to my house out there. Joe was courteous, professional, and friendly - basically everything you want in a locksmith when you're trusting them into your home. I would do business with them again and recommend them to my friends.

I had an excellent experience with Flying Locksmiths, specifically a gentleman on the phone who scheduled it (whose name I didn't get), and particularly with Adrian Avendano, the technician who did the installation the next day..He was industrious and focused on doing a quick and professional installation (we had a front door peephole installed). He brought 3 to choose from (different finishes), and then set about getting it done. Whole thing was bout 35 minutes, he vacuumed up afterwards. I will use these folks again should the need arise.

On Thursday May 18th, my husband and I were returning home from a fishing trip (Ford F250 Truck with a drift boat in tow). We were on 99W, south of Dundee and near our driveway, when a van sped up and honked its horn several times pointing to the trailer. One of the trailer tires had blown.
