He even offered some wisdom concerning his preferred lock lubricant to have on hand, which was truly appreciated by myself, a young man having just bought his first home.After finishing up his work, Dale was able to process payment for services rendered on the spot and while doing so mentioned that The Flying Locksmiths are able to consult on and perform physical upgrades to my home's entrances, providing additional tangible resistance to would-be intruders. This wasn't some kind of attempt to sell me anything further, just a perspective that I appreciated hearing and intend to follow-up on with Dale in the near future.

We had the Flying Locksmiths replace three locks at our office space that were jamming and randomly locking when the door would close. Everyone there was very communicative and let us know what they were doing when. Especially when there was a miscommunication on our part they ordered the extra indoor lock we needed and had the same gentleman come back out to put it in for us. He warned me before he had to do some drilling and make some noise. Very professional and explained what they were doing so we were all on the same page. They all took wonderful care of us! I called all over the Twin Cities looking for someone to repair an automatic door and sadly couldn't find anyone. I somehow stumbled upon TFL's and spoke to one of their office staff who said they could have someone out the next morning. The tech showed up (during a pandemic) and was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He assessed the situation, came up with a quick fix to keep the door secure and safe from intruders until he could get the proper items to completely repair the door. The quick fix only lasted a few days but that wasn't the tech's fault, I was extremely happy that he did it in the first place. Days later I received a call that the parts arrived and that two techs would be at my site to remove and repair the door. They came - they fixed - and months later the door(s) are still working great.These guys are great and their fast!! Some might say they fly.
